These terms govern your use of ContentLikeMe, operated from Dubai, UAE. By using the app, you agree to them.
The service
ContentLikeMe generates social media captions and short-form video scripts based on the brand and persona details you provide, using AI. It's currently an early, invite-only product — access requires an invite code.
Your account
Access is tied to your invite code, which is personal to you — please don't share it. You're responsible for the accuracy of the brand and persona information you enter, and for reviewing generated content before you post it anywhere. Nothing is posted automatically; everything goes through your own approval queue first.
Free trial & subscriptions
New accounts get 10 free generations, once, for the lifetime of the account. After that, continued use requires a paid subscription at $9.99/month, which includes 10 generations per week, resetting every Monday. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as our Merchant of Record — your relationship for billing purposes is with Paddle, and Paddle's own terms also apply to the transaction.
Acceptable use
Please don't use ContentLikeMe to generate content that's illegal, harmful, or intended to mislead people. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts that abuse the service.
Your content
You own the content you generate through ContentLikeMe. We don't claim any rights to it beyond what's needed to operate the service (like storing it in your account so you can come back to it).
AI-generated content
Generated content is a starting point shaped by the details you provide — it's your responsibility to review it for accuracy and appropriateness before publishing. We don't guarantee that generated content will be error-free, original in every respect, or suitable for every use case.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running reliably, but as an early-stage product, occasional downtime or bugs are possible. We're not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update features, pricing, or these terms as the product develops. Meaningful changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
